Our Hybrid CNC machines combine multi-spindle productivity with advanced CNC capabilities, including enhanced back-working and live milling positions. This enables Gates Albert to produce complex turned parts, reduce or eliminate secondary operations, and machine intricate features in a single setup—improving efficiency and reducing overall production costs.
The platform also allows for the efficient machining of difficult materials, including high-temperature alloys, stainless steels (such as 304 and 316), EcoBrass, and other challenging substrates. These materials are often difficult to process on traditional multi-spindle equipment, but our advanced CNC technology allows us to maintain tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and consistent part quality.
