Capabilities
From bar stock to finished, cleaned, tested parts
Turning, milling, finishing, cleaning, and inspection — vertically integrated under one roof. Every capability below details the processes, tolerances, and part families it supports, so your engineers can qualify us before picking up the phone.
One supplier for every operation turning requires
Most precision turned components pass through several vendors before they’re finished — turning at one shop, finishing at another, cleaning and inspection somewhere else. Gates Albert brings those steps under one roof. From raw bar stock through machining, finishing, parts cleaning, and final inspection, your part stays inside one quality system with one team accountable for it end to end.
That integration runs on real capacity — nearly 100 Davenport Model B multi-spindles and nine Davenport Hybrid machines turning, drilling, tapping, and forming complex parts in seconds, not minutes. Every lot is backed by in-process SPC, 100% Retina vision inspection, and full traceability, and certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100D for aerospace, automotive, and defense. For your supply chain, that means fewer vendors to manage, tighter control over quality, and shorter, more predictable lead times.
